Strictly 18+ Age Policy & Child Safety

JustUs2 is strictly an adult community for individuals aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use our services. During profile setup, age verification is required and locked permanently once saved to prevent falsification.

If we discover that any user under the age of 18 has accessed the platform, their account and associated data will be deleted immediately and permanently.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your verified name, email address, profile photo, and unique Google authentication ID.
• Profile Setup: To enable matching, you provide your gender, age, and preferred partner age range (18–70). Gender and age are permanently locked once set to prevent identity misrepresentation.
• Support Inquiries: Information you submit when contacting our support desk via justus2.infisutra.com/contact-us, such as your name, email address, and message details.
• Camera Permission: Required to capture live video for real-time video calls with matched partners.
• Microphone Permission: Required to capture audio during calls.
• Coarse Location (Optional): Used strictly to display your general state/country to your matched peer. We do not track or store real-time continuous GPS location.
• Technical & Usage Data: Device model, operating system, app version, IP address, and diagnostic or crash information used to keep the service stable and secure.

How We Use Your Information

• Creating and operating your account and maintaining your locked profile details.
• Matching you with other users according to your selected interest and age-group filters.
• Enabling live video and chat conversations between matched users.
• Moderating the platform, processing reports, and blocking accounts that violate our standards.
• Providing customer support and handling payments, refunds and account deletion requests.
• Improving stability, safety and performance of the service. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to third-party brokers or advertisers.

Conversations & Confidentiality

• Video calls and chats on JustUs2 are live conversations between two people.
• We do not publish, replay, or share the content of your conversations.
• Your identity within a conversation is what you choose to share; your email and Google identity are never displayed to matched partners.

Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In: Used for secure authentication; subject to Google's own privacy terms.
• Google Play Billing: Used to process subscription and talk-time purchases; payment details are handled by Google, not by us.
• Infrastructure & Communications Providers: Cloud hosting, storage and email providers that help us operate the service under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Data Security

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) and stored with industry-standard safeguards.
• Access to personal data is restricted to personnel who need it to operate and moderate the platform.
• Payment processing is delegated entirely to the app store; we never store raw card numbers or payment credentials.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

• You may request account deletion at any time through our support desk at justus2.infisutra.com/contact-us or by emailing info@infisutra.com.
• Account deletion includes a 30-day grace period, during which the request can be withdrawn.
• Within 30 calendar days of a verified deletion request, your personal data is permanently purged or irreversibly anonymized, except records we must retain under applicable Indian law.

Children's Privacy

JustUs2 is intended only for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we delete the account and its associated data immediately and permanently.
